 Pad Thai

Pad Thai is a delicious Thai dish that is perfect for a quick and easy meal. Made with rice noodles, vegetables, and a variety of spices, pad Thai is a versatile dish that can be made to suit your own personal taste.

Ingredients:                             

  • Rice noodles
  • Vegetables of your choice (bean sprouts, carrots, onions, etc.)
  • A protein of your choice (chicken, shrimp, tofu, etc.)
  • Pad Thai sauce
  • Egg
  • Lime
  • Cilantro
  • Peanuts

What to do

  1. To begin, soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes. While the noodles are soaking, prepare the vegetables and protein. Once the noodles are soft, drain them and add them to a wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Add the protein and vegetables and stir-fry until everything is cooked through.
  2. Next, add the pad Thai sauce and continue to stir-fry until the sauce is evenly distributed. Make a well in the center of the pan and crack an egg into it. Scramble the egg and then mix it into the pad Thai Be sure to taste the dish and adjust the seasoning as necessary.
  3. Finish the pad Thai off with a squeeze of fresh lime juice, some chopped cilantro, and a sprinkling of crushed peanuts. Serve hot and enjoy!
