Bang bang shrimp pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. spaghetti
 - 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - 1/4 cup cornstarch
 - 1/4 tsp. salt
 - 1/4 tsp. black pepper
 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
 - 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
 - 1 tbsp. Sriracha sauce
 
What to do
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
 - In a small bowl, mix together cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Toss
     shrimp in the mixture until fully coated.
 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot,
     add shrimp and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per
     side. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
 - In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili and Sriracha
     sauce well.
 - Add cooked spaghetti to skillet used to cook the shrimp, along with
     the sauce mixture. Oss is fully coated in sauce.
 - Add cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss with the spaghetti until
     everything is evenly distributed.
 - Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
