WHAT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN

Japanese curry

It’s made with spice powders, flour, and oil with a distinct brown color it includes onions, carrots and potatoes served with beef, pork, or chicken over a bed of white rice it also has a thicker gravy like consistency than Indian curry or Thai curry.


Indian curry

It’s made with dry spices like coriander, turmeric, cumin fenugreek and chill powder its often served with lentils or chicken served over rice or rad like naan or roti the most popular Indian curries are korma, madras, and pasanda.


Thai curry

Its mad with hot chilies lemongrass, ginger, garlic shallots, shrimp paste, and dried herbs like cumin coriander seeds and turmeric it includes vegetables, chicken, or sea food, topped with fresh herbs like mint cilantro, served over noodles or rice on the side it comes in three different varieties red, yellow, green.
