Korean cream cheese bun
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
What to do
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Combine milk, sugar, and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until the butter is melted.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Add egg and cheddar cheese, stirring until well combined.
- Drop dough by spoonful onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
