Pumpkin spice latte
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 shot espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
- Whipped cream (optional)
What to do
- Combine the almond milk, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and honey in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Once it reaches a simmer, remove it from the heat and add the espresso or coffee.
- Stir to combine and then pour into a mug.
- Top with whipped cream, if desired.
