Fruit sando
Ingredients
- 10 strawberries
- 200ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 4 slices of bread
What to do
- Whip heavy cream and sugar in a bowl until you achieve soft peaks
- Cut of bread crust, then place on top of plastic wrap. Spread whipped cream on the two slices of bread
- Top the first slice of bread with strawberries spread more whipped cream on the strawberries
- Place the second slice on the top and press down gently tightly cover the sandwich with the plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 mins.
- Remove wrap and slice sandwich into 4 equal portions. Serve!
