Garlic noodles
Ingredients
- 8 oz. any pasta, cooked
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup green onion, chopped
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 2tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1tbsp. fish sauce
What to do
- In a bowl, mix together oyster sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and sesame.
- When ready, melt butter in a wok over medium-low heat. Add garlic and green onions (save some for garnish) and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until they are soft.
- After taking the wok from the heat, add the pasta and the mixture of oyster sauce, and toss to coat the noodles. Add pasta water if all of the noodles are finished. Add green onions as a dish garnish. Serve!
