Oreo cheesecake
Ingredients
- 50pcs. Oreo cookies, divided
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 3 cups cream cheese softened
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
What to do
- Melted butter and 25 Oreo cookies should be processed in a food processor to make the crust.
- until it begins to come together after processing

- After incorporating the remaining 1 cup of cream, beat quickly until stiff peaks form.
- Crush the remaining Oreo cookies with a rolling pin and incorporate them into the cheesecake filling before using 5 of them as a garnish.
- Refrigerate for one night after spreading into a crust.
- Slice and serve!!!
