 Oreo cheesecake

Ingredients                  

  • 50pcs. Oreo cookies, divided
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 3 cups cream cheese softened
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream

What to do

  1. Melted butter and 25 Oreo cookies should be processed in a food processor to make the crust.
  2. until it begins to come together after processing
  3. In a spring dorm pan, press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides approximately 1 1/2 inches.
  4. 1/4 cup cream should be combined in a medium bowl. Once melted and smooth, microwave on high for 20 second intervals while stirring thoroughly between each. Place aside
  5. Cream cheese should be thoroughly smoothened out in a big basin before being combined with powdered sugar.
  6. After incorporating the remaining 1 cup of cream, beat quickly until stiff peaks form.
  7. Crush the remaining Oreo cookies with a rolling pin and incorporate them into the cheesecake filling before using 5 of them as a garnish.
  8. Refrigerate for one night after spreading into a crust.
  9. Slice and serve!!!
