Cinnamon rolls
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup pancake mix
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
For cinnamon filling
- 1tbsp butter, softened
- 2tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
For vanilla icing
- 1/8 cup butter
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½-1 tbsp. milk
What to do
- Pancake mix, sugar, and milk should be combined in a bowl. Once kneaded with your hands, the mixture should be rolled out into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Pour softened butter, followed by cinnamon and brown sugar, over the dough. Slice the 4"-long log of dough into six equal pieces by gradually rolling it up from the short side.
- Rolls should be air-fried for 7-8 minutes at 360 degrees Fahrenheit.
