 Cinnamon rolls

Ingredients            

  • 1 ¼ cup pancake mix
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk

For cinnamon filling

  • 1tbsp butter, softened
  • 2tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

For vanilla icing

  • 1/8 cup butter
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½-1 tbsp. milk

What to do

  1. Pancake mix, sugar, and milk should be combined in a bowl. Once kneaded with your hands, the mixture should be rolled out into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  2. Pour softened butter, followed by cinnamon and brown sugar, over the dough. Slice the 4"-long log of dough into six equal pieces by gradually rolling it up from the short side.
  3. Rolls should be air-fried for 7-8 minutes at 360 degrees Fahrenheit.
